NICOLAS LAPORTA

Nicolas is the first point of contact for any company wishing to work with Y.

He has tons of sales experience and expertise in high-end markets. He was previously employed as Head of Sales at a leading Belgian property developer and the CEO (Belgium/Morocco) for a leading international luxury property developer.

Nicolas is a true entrepreneur with an impressive track record, having previously worked as sports marketing manager at Red Bull Belgium and co-founded the Ginette beer brand with its eponymous bars and restaurants.

In his off-time, he enjoys gentle farming and likes to go kitesurfing. He is married and has two children.

Michael is responsible for recruiting, training and coaching our sales talent.

As the former Head of Sales for Belgium’s largest listed property developer, with more than ten years of sales experience, Michael is just the man to take control of your sales.

With his unique approach and passion for the sales process, he can sell out any project in record time.
